ST. ROMAN 2009 SPRING SPORTS SIGN-UP
The St. Roman Athletic Association currently offers two sports for the Spring 2009 season:
1. COED SOCCER FOR K-5 thru 8th GRADES
2. COED SOFTBALL FOR 5th thru 8th Grades
Please be aware that spring soccer is a separate season from fall and all athletes must RE-REGISTER and pay for the spring 2009 soccer season. All registrations are due by February 15th, 2009. Please be aware that our coordinators must have their team numbers in to their leagues well before the season begins, therefore we cannot guarantee a spot for the athlete if we receive the registration after February 15th, 2009.
Once the teams are full we cannot take any late sign-ups.
With this packet you will find a RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM, EMERGENCY CONSENT FORM, and SPORTSMANSHIP PLEDGES that must be filled out and returned along with registration. All forms can also be found on the school website. The athlete must also have a PHYSICAL FORM on file with the Athletic Association. Physicals are good for two years and are required by the Archdiocese for athletes to participate in any activity. Any questions on if your child has the physical form on file can be directed to Brad at 405-4927.
THE FOLLOWING FEES ARE SET FOR THE 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR.
FIRST SPORT---$45
SECOND SPORT---$30
THIRD SPORT--- FREE
The Spring Soccer season is considered a separate sport and Fees are due along with registration to participate for all grades.
Kind thru 4th graders who played soccer in the Fall 2008 will only owe an additional $20 re-registration fee.
